Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will engage with potential students to guide them on Testbook’s products and help them make informed career choices. This involves handling sales calls, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records to contribute to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Engage with students over calls, explain products, and assist with career decisions.
- Sales Engagement: Meet sales requirements through strategic conversations and ensure customer needs are met.
- Sales Reporting: Keep the CRM updated with accurate sales reports.
- Order Management: Accurately process and handle orders, working towards meeting sales quotas.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of sales, calls, and other useful information for tracking and future reference.
