Role Overview

The International Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing client payroll operations in a global context, ensuring data accuracy, on-time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as a primary contact for assigned clients and ensure smooth payroll processing by coordinating with in-country providers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities as International Payroll Specialist

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data, coordinating with local providers to meet schedules.
  • Data Management: Accurately submit payroll data and reconcile information following payroll standards and processes.
  • Inquiries and Issue Resolution: Address client and internal inquiries, ensuring timely resolution in line with service agreements.
  • Quality and Compliance: Adhere to SSAE16 compliance controls, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process and procedure development for enhanced team efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications: International Payroll Specialist

  • Experience: Background in payroll or HR services with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
