Key Responsibilities as Academic Counsellor
- Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize effective counseling techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Lead Management: Respond quickly to assigned leads, demonstrating promptness and agility.
- Performance Focus: Work in a metrics-driven environment, with clear weekly and monthly targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Communication: Proficiency in English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Sales Orientation: Strong interest in a career in sales, with a customer-centric and persuasive approach.
- Technical Requirement: Laptop with functional audio/video plugins.
