Job Description – Operations Associate

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
- Work-from-home opportunity

Eligibility:
- Good command of English communication in written.
- Reliable internet connection and must have its own system.
- Must be willing to work in night/rotational shifts (shifts change every 1 to 2 months)
- Will need to remain logged in to the common bridge for the entire duration of the shift
- Freshers are also welcome.
Working Details:
- 5 Working Days a week.

Remuneration:
- Salary: 12,000/- – 15,000/- per month.
