About the Role
We are seeking a Search Relevance Specialist to join Innodata’s dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing search quality by analyzing search data, understanding user interactions, and recommending improvements to optimize the user search experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing insights from search trends to improve content relevancy.
Key Responsibilities as Search Relevance Specialist
- Evaluate Search Quality: Assess and provide feedback on search results to enhance accuracy and ensure user satisfaction.
- Analyze User Search Behavior: Review search data to identify trends, user intent, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct Relevance Assessments: Participate in qualitative assessments of search result relevance and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, data analysts, and content teams to align search experience with user needs.
- Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay updated with search relevance trends to continuously improve the search experience and share insights with the team.
Qualifications: Search Relevance Specialist
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Political Science, History, or a related field.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years in an analytical, data review, or content evaluation role.
