About the Role

Lokalify is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to streamline our recruitment processes and engage directly with clients to provide tailored hiring solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Analyst
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand role specifications, required skill sets, and timelines. Keep clients updated on hiring progress.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, facilitate communication between clients and candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Application Tracking: Update and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), documenting feedback and candidate statuses.
- Data Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports on hiring metrics and KPIs to support data-driven strategies.
Qualifications: Talent Acquisition Analyst
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or client-facing roles.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Basic understanding of ATS and recruitment processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
