Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Verification and Supplier Success Associate to join our dynamic team. The role involves verifying insurance certificates, supporting client and supplier queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the key link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, delivering exceptional quality and timely service.


Key Responsibilities as Insurance Verification and Supplier Success Associate

Insurance Verification:

  • Review and verify insurance certificates/documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Upload verified documents and perform data entry using client-provided tools.
  • Communicate with clients via email and MS Teams to resolve queries.
  • Ensure records of feedback are accurately maintained and addressed.
  • Achieve 100% quality in all tasks, completing assigned work within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Resolve verification queries promptly and meet target-based goals.

Supplier Success Support:

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach toward suppliers and customers.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and ensure smooth registration for new customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, following up with proactive emails.
  • Address and resolve compliance-related queries efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and assist in managing junior customer service representatives.
  • Consistently meet SLA and TAT requirements to ensure client satisfaction.
