About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. As part of the Zomato Associate Accelerator Program (ZAAP), you will join a group of passionate peers to address our online ordering customers’ pressing needs and concerns and elevate the standard of Zomato’s customer service.
2. You start at ground zero to gain an understanding of our customers’ sentiments and challenges.
3. You will be relationship managers for our customers, providing them with new and exciting solutions.
4. You will surface the key problems with other Zomato teams to help design better solutions.

1. Zealous customer focus – experience in a fast-paced customer service and hospitality role. You thrive on creating positive experiences with empathy.
2. Articulate communication – strong communication skills with proficiency in typing and speaking efficiently.
3. Analytical mindset – handling problems is your forte! You excel at managing the resolution process, ensuring that communication remains clear and concise throughout.
4. Problem-solving skills – solution-seeking and problem-solving is your passion. Your proactive approach ensures timely resolution of all customer queries.

Working model:

1. A 5/6-day model, every alternate week.
2. Shift timings would be informed a week in advance subject to business requirements.
3. We will operate in morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
4. Unless otherwise specified, It’s a work-from-office (WFO) role based on business requirements.

Screening and interview process:

1. Candidates must submit a 1-minute video as part of the screening process.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next round of interaction.

Other requirements

1. Graduates & postgraduates (any discipline).

2. Very strong and clear communication skills.

3. Ability to work in rotational shifts and be flexible with shift timings.

4. Ability to work in a customer service setup.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 – 4,50,000 /year
