Role & responsibilities
Interface with Customers via Inbound/Outbound calls/Chats/Emails for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services
- Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

Requirements for Customer Service Associate – Work From Office
- Previous experience in BPO sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
