Job Description – Work From Home Customer Care Executive
- Scope of work proposed to be handled:
- Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English
- All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Criteria – Work From Home Customer Care Executive
1. Excellent communication in English
2. Experience & Graduate both can apply.
3. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience in any customer service
BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)
4. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
5. Six days working/ rotational off
6. Immediate joining
7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
Screening Rounds:
- HR Round
- Functional round
- Psychometric test
- Typing test – 25/90(Minimum)
- Voice Versant test – Level 4 Minimum
Salary – Work From Home Customer Care Executive
Agent – 14,500(Freshers) and 15,500 to 20,500 K(Exp) CTC/Per month basis fresher and experience.
