You’d be in charge of anything and everything related to customers, this will be your part of the company you would be trusted with running, managing, and optimizing!

Key Responsibilities for Product Specialist

Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all touchpoints from initial contact through to post-purchase support. Ensure customers have a positive experience throughout their journey with our product.

Low-Touch Sales: Identify and engage with potential customers, focusing on delivering value and guiding them through the sales process with minimal friction. Respond to inquiries, provide information, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the needs of each customer, showcasing the features and benefits of our product. Ensure customers understand how our solution can address their specific challenges.

Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-ups to answer questions, provide additional information, and drive conversion. Track interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.

Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with our product, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption. Guide them through the setup process and address any initial questions or concerns.

Customer Success: Monitor customer satisfaction and usage of our product, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and engagement. Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.

Feedback & Communication: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to product development and improvement. Act as a voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs are prioritized.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports customer education and engagement, such as FAQs, how-to guides, and product tutorials.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or tech environment. Experience with sales, customer support, or account management is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, video conferencing software, and collaboration tools.

Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping customers succeed and a strong understanding of how to build and maintain positive relationships.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different customer needs.

Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
