Job Description (Operations Associate)
As an Operations Associate at Adtitude Digital, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure processes are streamlined, resources are efficiently managed, and business objectives are met. Key Responsibilities as Operations Associate
– Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
– Monitor and manage project workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
– Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and streamline operations.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
– Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently during night shifts (IST).
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
