Career Associate Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Associates. In this role, you will be the ‘Wingman’ to our clients, assisting them throughout the critical phase of job applications.

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Submitting job applications on behalf of job seekers (clients)
Communicating with job seekers(clients) to gather information about their skills and experience
Ensuring applications accurately reflect job seekers’ abilities
Keeping job seekers informed of application status and providing guidance
Maintaining confidentiality and protecting job seekers’ privacy
Providing support and assistance to help job seekers secure employment

Qualifications for Career Associate Role

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Comfortable with remote work
Familiarity with U.S. job markets is a plus, but not mandatory

What We Offer to Career Associate Role

Rs.10 to 12 for each job application and can typically earn anywhere between 5000 – 10000 INR
Part-time work, requiring only 2 to 3 hours per day, 5 days a week
