Key Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Executive

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategy development, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer finalization.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Internshala, Indeed, JobStreet, and others to source top-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to introduce candidates to Volopay, assess their fit for the role, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and achieve hiring goals.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies, tools, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition Executive Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a global or multi-location setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
