Job Description
We are looking for experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Responsibilities as Virtual Executive Assistant
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare, edit and manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones
- Plan, organize, and coordinate virtual and in-person events, such as conferences, team meetings, and client engagements
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures
Requirements: Virtual Executive Assistant
- College educated
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Experience in using CRMs and other relevant software
- Project management experience (Monday, Asana, Trello)
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Hardware Requirements: Virtual Executive Assistant
- At least a 720p HD Webcam.
- A noise-canceling headset.
- At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
- A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
- Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
- Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to Php 42,500 per month, based on experience.
