Virtual Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations by performing various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Virtual Assistant Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute documents, contracts, leases, and other real estate-related paperwork.
- Coordinate the listing process for new properties, including gathering all necessary information, photos, and documents.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, including managing appointments and communicating with clients and potential buyers.
- Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
- Manage client’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool), databases and keep records up-to-date.
- Conduct research on real estate market trends, properties, and competitors.
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
Virtual Assistant Requirements
- College educated
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Social media management and / or marketing experience
- Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
- Professional-level English (written and verbal / voice)
- Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- Transaction coordination experience is a plus but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Up to Php 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
