Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized US Mortgage/Brokerage Specialist to join our Brokerage Operations team. This role focuses on providing administrative support, ensuring efficient transaction coordination, and maintaining accurate data management for real estate operations in the U.S. market. As a US Mortgage/Brokerage Specialist, you will collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless property listings, transactions, and financial operations. Key Responsibilities as US Mortgage/Brokerage Specialist

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to real estate agents, brokers, and internal team members.
    • Support operational tasks related to property listings, transaction coordination, and financial operations.
  2. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems and databases.
    • Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
