The role requires a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in audience targeting, campaign management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities as Social Media Specialist
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative direction.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and other KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience targeting techniques like custom audiences, lookalikes, and demographic/behavioral targeting to reach relevant users.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to identify effective strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, presenting findings and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in social media advertising, adjusting strategies to remain competitive.
- Collaboration: Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
