In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding prospective learners through the admission process for our Job Assistance Programs, focusing primarily on IT courses.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the complete admission process.
- Achieve admission targets by converting leads into enrolled learners for various IT programs.
- Provide in-depth information about our Job Assistance Programs, including course content, fee structure, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and provide personalized guidance based on the learner’s interests and career objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to offer feedback and enhance the admissions process.
- Assist learners in selecting the appropriate courses based on their career goals and needs, ensuring successful enrollments.
Qualifications: Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or admissions counseling (preferably in the education or IT training sector).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and exceed targets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and either Hindi or Telugu is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT and software concepts is a must.
