Position: Trip Coordinator
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Salary: INR 32,000 per month
Key Responsibilities: Trip Coordinator
- Trip Coordination: Manage multiple assigned trips, handling logistics from booking flights and accommodations to ensuring all plans meet Journee’s standards.
- Bookings & Negotiations: Book flights, check in customers, arrange accommodations, and negotiate prices with various travel partners.
- Alternative Planning: Proactively manage re-bookings or cancellations if initial plans change.
- Itinerary Preparation: Write detailed itineraries and research top destinations, ensuring memorable experiences.
- Communication & Customer Support: Collaborate with experience providers, maintain clear communication, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Trip Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills: High attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
- Experience: Travel industry experience is a bonus, along with handling significant funds.
- Personal Traits: A travel enthusiast with excellent written communication skills and a knack for curating unique experiences.
