Job Description:
Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join its Payment Risk Operations team as Transaction Risk Investigators. This role requires you to ensure customer success by identifying and mitigating potential fraud or security risks on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities as Transaction Risk Investigator
- Investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that could pose risks to Amazon and its customers.
- Ensure high-quality decisions by adhering to Amazon’s standard operational procedures (CTPS).
- Identify known fraud patterns and proactively discover new trends to minimize risks.
- Use a variety of research tools to analyze transactions and gather data for accurate decision-making.
- Protect Amazon’s financial, legal, and reputational interests by ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Meet weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Job Details: Transaction Risk Investigator
- Role Type: Seasonal, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
- Work Model: Work from Home (Available in Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala)
- Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night) with two consecutive days off every 3 months
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Recent graduates must provide provisional and consolidated marksheets)
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English
- Skills: Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
