📋 Job Role: Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll be the voice of the company, handling inbound customer interactions via calls and chat support. You will assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with Blinkit services (formerly Grofers).

This is a remote opportunity, best suited for candidates who are comfortable working rotational shifts and are fluent in English communication.

  • Handle inbound customer chats and calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide real-time support to customers for their Blinkit orders, statuses, and delivery queries.
