About the Role:

Vedantu Innovations is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Tele Caller (Work From Home). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience to be part of a leading EdTech organization. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, lead generation, and sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities for Tele Caller

1. Outbound Calling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or existing clients to introduce and inform them about Vedantu’s products and services.
  • Use a predefined script or pitch to ensure consistency in communication while maintaining a personalized approach.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, inquiries, or database lists.
  • Collect, verify, and update customer details to ensure accuracy in the CRM system.

3. Customer Communication:

  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about Vedantu’s offerings.
  • Address customer complaints or issues with professionalism and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Educate customers on pricing, promotions, and other product features to drive engagement.

4. Sales Promotion:

  • Actively promote Vedantu’s online and offline educational services to generate interest and sales.
  • Persuade customers to take specific actions, such as booking a demo, attending a session, or making a purchase.

5. Follow-up Calls:

  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to confirm their interest, address any remaining questions, or close sales deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture relationships and foster trust.

6. Achieving Targets:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Consistently track and report performance metrics to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

7. Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  • Update CRM systems with the latest customer information for reference and analytics.

8. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
