Talent Sourcing Specialist | Work From Home | Remote Job

Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline.

This is a fully remote working role based in India

Responsibilities for Candidate Sourcing Specialist :

  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through personalized messages, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and career growth prospects.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Regularly update candidate information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Share insights and recommendations with the recruitment team to enhance overall talent acquisition strategies.

Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of candidate pipelines and sourcing efforts

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
