Key Responsibilities as Talent Sourcer
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source candidates for relevant job openings from platforms like Naukri, IIM Jobs, and LinkedIn, while also attracting applicants through active outreach.
- Initial Screening: Conduct the first round of screening interviews with sourced candidates to assess their fit for the roles.
- Candidate Profiling: Profile candidates for further validation processes using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Resolving Queries: Keep track of internal queries raised about candidates and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Business Alignment: Identify candidates based on specific business requirements to ensure a strong match with job roles.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for both current and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Provide stakeholders with timely updates on recruitment progress.
- MIS Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain MIS (Management Information Systems) related to the sourcing and recruitment process.
