Job Description: Customer Support Representative (Work from Home)
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Work from Home (Must live within 25km of Technopolis Office)
Salary: ₹7,800 per month (Stipend)
Key Requirements:
- High School pass (Minimum qualification)
- Fresher, under the age of 29 (as per Aadhaar)
- No existing PF account or UN number
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must live within 25km of our Technopolis office (verified through Aadhaar or rent agreement)
Job Details:
- Role: Customer Support (Blended process: chat and voice)
- Working Hours: 5.5 hours per day on a rotating roster including break
- Days of Work: 6 days a week
- Week Off: Rotational week off
- Leaves: No planned leaves allowed during the first 3 months
Additional Information:
- Equipment: Desktop provided by the company
- Internet: Candidate must cover their own internet expenses
- Training: Provided remotely (from home)
Interview Process:
- Versant Test at our Kolkata Conneqt Office
- Telephonic Interview with Operations team after clearing the test
