Roles and Responsibilities as Student Engagement Associate
- Collaborate with workshop organizers to define objectives and content.
- Build and maintain relationships with college Points of Contact (POCs) and Class Representatives (CRs).
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, and interactions with students before events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for smooth execution of workshops.
- Create awareness among college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings.
- Work with the Pre-Sales team during non-workshop periods.
Key Requirements: Student Engagement Associate
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more regional languages: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, or Hindi.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to diplomatically handle objections.
- Strong interpersonal and target-oriented approach.

Working Days:
