Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Student Counselors. Key Responsibilities for Student Counselor
- Counseling Prospective Students:
- Engage with potential learners to understand their career aspirations, challenges, and goals.
- Provide personalized career guidance and advice on how our programs can address their needs and aspirations.
- Promoting CCBP 4.0 Programs:
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of the CCBP 4.0 programs through compelling conversations and demonstrations.
- Explain program details, outcomes, and career opportunities to prospective learners.
- Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, including lead management, follow-ups, program demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales relationship management.
- Handle all interactions professionally and ensure a seamless experience for the leads.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the respective teams.
- Achieving Targets:
- Carry weekly and monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Develop a systematic approach to manage and prioritize leads to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring learners’ satisfaction.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary up to 6 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
Work Location and Schedule:
- Fully remote position.
