About the Job Role:
This is a customer support job where you will help Zomato users through live chat. You will answer their questions about food orders, delivery, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers through chat
- Help them with their food orders, tracking, delivery status, etc.
- Solve problems related to payments, cancellations, or refunds
- Be polite, professional, and helpful in every chat
- Follow the training and guidelines provided by the company
- Handle multiple chats at the same time if needed
- Update the team leader if any issue is serious or cannot be solved
Who Can Apply?
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduation (Any stream)
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Languages: Good English + knowledge of a local Indian language (like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.)
- Laptop/Desktop: Must have your own system
- Internet: A stable internet connection is required
- Typing speed: Basic typing speed and accuracy is needed
Working Conditions:
- 6 Days working
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- 1 Weekly off (rotational)
