About the Role: Inside Sales Associate
As an Inside Sales Associate at Shyft, you will play a key role in helping potential customers understand our services and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will interact with leads, assess their needs, and convert them into paid members by suggesting suitable programs tailored to their requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Associate
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their health and wellness goals.
- Educate potential clients about Shyft’s offerings, highlighting the benefits of our yoga and nutrition programs.
- Set up trial classes and follow up with prospects to collect feedback and push for conversions.
- Own and achieve monthly sales targets for membership enrollments and renewals.
