Role Responsibilities: Service Desk Role
- Provide L1 and L2 technical guidance for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems via phone.
- Troubleshoot MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Follow ITIL best practices for incident and request management.
Required Skills: Service Desk Role
- Qualifications: Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in an international technical support profile.
- Strong technical support skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24*7).
- Communication Skills
