Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team as Business Development Associates or Sales Managers. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by engaging with potential clients, ensuring they understand the value of Bhanzu’s offerings, and converting leads into active students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Manager
- Understand Company Vision and Mission:
- Familiarize yourself with Bhanzu’s vision, mission, and objectives to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Lead Management and Client Interaction:
- Collect and maintain client information in the CRM database.
- Initiate and handle client interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations.
- Respond promptly to callback requests and other lead inquiries.
- Customer Engagement:
- Make potential leads understand Bhanzu’s courses and their benefits.
- Persuade potential leads to attend trial classes through compelling communication and relationship-building skills.
- CRM and Technology Usage:
