Key Responsibilities as Sales Development Representative
- Market Research: Identify potential markets and build a robust sales pipeline through in-depth market analysis.
- Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute prospecting campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and WhatsApp.
- Lead Engagement: Set up meetings to understand prospects’ needs, address their concerns, and gather critical client information.
- Objection Handling: Manage complaints and objections effectively to convert leads into demo opportunities.
- Feedback Integration: Collect client feedback and present actionable insights to the team and management.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system regularly, ensuring accurate lead statuses and clean reports.
