Job Overview:
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, performing data extraction, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights on assigned Data Asset Projects. You will work within a highly motivated team in one of the world’s fastest-growing Data Asset companies, with global expertise in risk and compliance, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crimes.
Key Responsibilities as Research Analyst
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for various Data Asset Projects.
- Identify and extract credible data from multiple sources.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Handle multiple tasks while managing time and priorities efficiently.
- Deliver under strict deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, MBA, M.Com, MA, PGDM, or BMS graduate.
- Experience:
- 0-1 years in qualitative and quantitative research, with basic data analysis skills.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
- Experience in conducting secondary and primary research.
