Process: Blended (Chat and Email, includes inbound and outbound calls)
Role: Customer Service Blended Process
Shifts: Rotational (includes night shifts)
Work Hours: 9 hours per day
Days Off: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Age Criteria: 18 to 40 years
Requirements: Customer Service Blended Process
- Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of on-paper BPO experience (Non-Voice or Voice). Freshers with exceptional English communication skills can also apply.
- Education: Graduates or undergraduates (pursuing students are not eligible).
- Equipment: Candidate must own a laptop and have a reliable broadband connection.
- Technical Skills: Typing speed and familiarity with email and chat support are preferred.
