3. What do you understand about this role?
Answer:
This is a trainee position that transitions into a full-time Junior Program Advisor role. I’ll be responsible for communicating with potential learners, understanding their needs, recommending suitable programs, and supporting them through the enrollment process. It also involves maintaining CRM records, answering questions, and sometimes upselling based on customer needs. The first 30 days focus on learning, after which we move into a performance-based role with long-term career growth.
4. Are you comfortable working night shifts?

Answer:
I would first acknowledge their concern and then explain the value of the program—highlighting the track record, mentor quality, and career outcomes. I’d share relevant success stories and help them see it as an investment in their future. If budget is a genuine concern, I’d offer alternatives like installment plans or guide them to the most essential program options.
6. How would you keep track of your leads and follow-ups?
Answer:
I would use the CRM system to update customer status, schedule follow-up reminders, and log all communication. 8. How do you handle rejection or failure?
Answer:
Rejection is part of any sales process. I try to see each “no” as a learning opportunity. After every call, I reflect on what went well and what could be improved. If I’m unsure, I ask for feedback from my mentors or teammates and work on it. Persistence and resilience are key.
