Roles & Responsibilities as Pre Sales Associate
As a Pre Sales Associate at Scaler Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify potential leads through various channels such as digital campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Scaler Academy’s programs.
- Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals, educational background, and motivation for joining the program.
- Build strong relationships through personalized communication and regular follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Develop a deep understanding of Scaler Academy’s programs, curriculum, and unique value propositions.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demos to prospective students, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Consultative Selling:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths.
- Tailor conversations to highlight the benefits and outcomes of Scaler Academy’s programs relevant to the prospect’s background and aspirations.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads through the enrollment process.
- Market Feedback & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze feedback from prospective students to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, qualification, and conversion metrics to the management team.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in pre-sales and tech education.
- Continuously refine your sales techniques and knowledge to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales, or customer engagement role, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
