Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive

  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with their issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring their queries are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into the system for record-keeping and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience and assist in any operational tasks as needed.

Requirements as Customer Support Executive

  • Qualification: PUC/Graduate.
  • Experience: Open to both experienced candidates and freshers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4).
  • Work Hours: 6 days working with rotational shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM. Flexibility to work any 4 hours during this period.
  • Rotational Off: 1 day off per week.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
