Key Responsibilities:
- Mass Counseling:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions for students and their parents.
- Online Live Classes:
- Teach live, interactive classes for students in grades 3rd to 8th.
- Deliver engaging lessons in English and Mental Ability (Maths).
- Interactive Learning:
- Encourage two-way communication with students, promoting active participation.
- Incorporate activities like riddles, quizzes, and live interactive exercises during the lessons.
- Student Engagement:
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure lessons are fun, engaging, and conducive to learning for young students.
- Creative Learning:
- Develop creative learning materials and interactive activities to enhance understanding.
- Utilize a Pen TAB and other tools to make classes visually engaging.
Requirements:
- Subject Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of English and Mental Ability (Maths).
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with young students.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Experience using online teaching platforms and tools effectively.
- Interactive Teaching Experience:
- Previous experience in conducting interactive and engaging virtual classes.
- Equipment:
- Must have a Pen TAB and a reliable Wi-Fi connection for conducting online classes.
