Key Responsibilities for Office Operations Associate
- Client Interaction and Support:
- Address client inquiries via email and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive staff activity reports.
- Assist in the collection and verification of weekly timesheets from staff members.

Requirements for Office Operations Associate
