Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Part-Time Intern at NxtWave, you will play a key role in managing interviews, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Part-Time Intern
- Interview Management:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are prepared.
- Manage interviewers’ calendars to avoid conflicts.
- Documentation & Follow-Up:
- Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and feedback.
- Send post-interview communications regarding feedback and next steps.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Application Tracking & Reporting:
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate information up to date.
- Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration:
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates.
- Job Postings:
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, gathering feedback to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software/tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple interviews at once.
- Work Requirements: Must have your own laptop.
