Key Responsibilities for Master Class Mentor
- Student Support and Doubt Resolution:
- Provide post-session assistance to students, addressing any doubts or questions to ensure they have a clear understanding of academic concepts.
- Respond promptly and accurately to student inquiries, supporting their learning journey effectively.
- Parent Communication and Feedback:
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents, gathering and addressing their feedback to build a positive and collaborative relationship.
- Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and any areas needing attention.
- Class Attendance and Retention:
- Monitor and track students’ class attendance regularly to ensure consistent participation.
- Implement strategies to encourage and ensure students’ retention for the upcoming academic sessions.
- Assessment of Student Learning and Development:
- Evaluate students’ learning and development through online platforms, employing comprehensive assessment methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve and succeed academically.
- Establishing Connections with Students and Parents:
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and parents to enhance student retention and engagement.
- Engage with students and parents regularly to support a smooth and successful academic experience.
- One-on-One Sessions:
- Conduct occasional one-on-one sessions with students via online platforms like Google Meet.
- Use digital tools such as a laptop and digitizer to offer better clarification of doubts and personalized learning support.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Education, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the K3 – K7 curriculum.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students, preferably in an online environment.
- c, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, such as tracking attendance and maintaining records.
- Proficiency in using online communication platforms (e.g., Google Meet) and educational tools.
