Role: Master Class Mentor/ Doubt Solver
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support and Doubt Resolution:
- Provide post-session support to students by addressing doubts and clarifying academic concepts.
- Ensure timely responses to students’ inquiries to aid in their learning progress.
- Parent Communication and Feedback:
- Maintain open communication with parents, collect feedback, and address concerns to build a strong, collaborative relationship.
- Class Attendance and Retention:
- Monitor and track student attendance.
- Focus on ensuring retention for the upcoming academic sessions.
- Assessment of Student Learning and Development:
- Assess student performance and development in an online setting.
- Use effective assessment techniques to gauge understanding and progress.
- Establishing Connections with Students and Parents:
- Build meaningful relationships with students and their parents to enhance retention and foster a positive learning experience.
- One-on-One Sessions:
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students on platforms like Google Meet to further clarify doubts using laptops and digitizer tools.
