Job Overview:
Branch is looking for a Loan Review Associate to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role primarily involves reviewing loan applications, verifying borrower details, and preventing fraud. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, willing to work weekends and holidays if necessary. The contract may be extended by an additional 3 months, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities as Loan Review Associate
- Loan Operations: Review loan applications, verify borrower details, and identify potential fraud.
- Product Feedback: Escalate customer feedback and report technical bugs to improve products.
- Administrative Tasks: Support various administrative projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years of experience in business operations or similar roles.
- Strong passion for Branch’s mission of providing financial access to emerging markets.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly flexible.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Excel proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays in exchange for weekday time off.
