Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Employment Type: Full-time
Weekly-Off: Friday and Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Remuneration: ₹25,000 per month + performance and target-based incentives
Key Responsibilities for Sales Academic Counselor
- Lead Profiling and Engagement
- Make outbound calls to prospective learners to understand their career goals.
- Profile leads based on their aspirations and guide them in building a personalized roadmap to achieve their objectives.
- Information Dissemination
- Clearly and effectively explain program details, benefits, and enrollment processes to potential customers.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about courses and outcomes.
- Upselling and Cross-selling
- Identify opportunities to promote additional courses and programs that align with customer needs.
- Upsell relevant learning solutions to current learners for holistic growth.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with learners, ensuring they receive adequate support and guidance.
