Job Responsibilities: Customer Support Representative
- Sales Team Support: Handle customer and territory manager requests through phone, email, and voicemail, providing quotes and responding to inquiries.
- Bid and Document Support: Research, prepare, and assist in obtaining bid documents to support the sales process.
- Order Processing: Enter customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Salesforce Management: Update sales opportunities and maintain current information on customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Customer Assistance: Respond to pricing, shipping, availability, terms, and stock queries to assist customers effectively.
- Complaint Resolution: Help address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
- Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to support the sales pipeline.
Skills Required: Customer Support Representative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to support a team environment and handle multiple requests efficiently.
