As a Case Analysis Intern, you’ll play a key role in SpringVerify, contributing to background verification operations while gaining hands-on experience in business processes.
Role Overview
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Operations department and contribute to key activities such as case analysis, document verification, and database management. You’ll interact with cross-functional teams and participate in enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities as Case Analysis Intern
- Case Analysis & Verification:
- Verify and analyze background documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform outbound calls to collect missing details for verification.
- Operational Support:
- Manage databases and track operational progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify discrepancies in data and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest improvements for operational processes and optimize workflows.
- Project Management:
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements: Case Analysis Intern

- A degree or final-year students from any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.

Shift Structure
- Hours: 9-hour workday with a 1-hour break.
- Occasional Night Shifts: Compensation provided for Sunday work or overtime.
