Role Overview

We are hiring freshers for the position of AR Caller in the US Healthcare industry. This is a voice process job with night shifts, where you will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks and engaging in B2B calls related to medical billing in the US healthcare domain. No prior knowledge of medical billing is required as training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable International Voice Process

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Accounts Receivable for US Healthcare clients.
  • Engage in B2B calls, providing medical billing services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and payments.
  • Resolve billing issues and follow up with clients or insurance companies.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of communications and transactions.
  • Work towards achieving performance metrics such as call volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Accounts Receivable International Voice Process: Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English with no grammatical errors.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (fixed shifts).
  • Open to freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any other domain.
  • Candidates should be ready to report to the office (no work-from-home option).
  • No sales or marketing calls involved.
  • Free transportation provided (pick-up and drop).
  • Willingness to learn: Training in medical billing will be provided from scratch.

Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate (UG): B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, or any specialization.
