Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through live chat, resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Follow company-provided guidelines and process flows.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- Document customer issues, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
- Work as part of a team to meet performance metrics including resolution time, quality, and satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved queries or technical issues as per the escalation matrix.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream are eligible.
- Final year students not pursuing regular college can also apply.
- Strong written English skills are mandatory.
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are welcome.
- Prior BPO or international chat process experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with excellent communication and typing speed are preferred.

- Proficiency in English written communication.
