Role Overview
As a member of the Advisory Team, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide unbiased insurance advice, and support them in making well-informed financial decisions.
Team Falcon:
- Spend ~60% of time on calls with users, the rest on WhatsApp.
- Working hours: Typically 10 am to 8 pm, with breaks.
- Training: Two-month intensive program for those new to insurance.
Key Responsibilities as Insurance Advisory
- Engage with users through calls and WhatsApp, assisting them in understanding insurance options.
- Provide advice with empathy, focusing on user needs without sales pressure.
- Avoid mis-selling and handle only inbound customer queries (no outbound/spam calls).
- Tailor insurance advice, acting as a trusted guide for users’ financial security.
